Cancellation and Refund Policy

[Cancellations by the Customer]

Once a booking is confirmed, refunds are not provided.

However, you may request rescheduling to another date under the

following conditions:

・Rescheduling requests must be made by email at least 48 hours

 before your scheduled experience.

・The new booking date must be within 6 months of your original

 booking date.

・One rescheduling per booking is permitted.

・Rescheduling is subject to availability.

If we are unable to provide the service due to circumstances such as instructor or artisan unavailability, natural disasters, or transportation disruptions, we will offer you a choice of:

・A full refund

・Rescheduling to another date (no date restriction applies)

キャンセル・返金ポリシー

【お客様都合によるキャンセルの場合】

ご予約確定後のキャンセルにつきましては、ご返金は承っておりません。
ただし、別日への振替対応をご希望の場合は、以下の条件にてお受けいたします。

・振替のお申し出は、ご予約日時の４８時間前までにメールにてご連絡ください。

・振替先のご予約は、当初のご予約日から６ヶ月以内とさせていただきます。

・振替は１回まで可能です。

・振替先の空き状況により、ご希望に添えない場合がございます。

【当社都合によるサービス中止の場合】

講師・職人の都合、または天災・交通機関の停止等の不可抗力により当社からサービスを提供できない場合は、お客様のご希望に応じて以下のいずれかにて対応いたします。

・全額返金

・別日への振替(振替先のご予約日に制限はございません)
